My roommate, and the man who performed the ceremony. 
The title is a bit of an in-joke. He did some work for Chaosium, which publishes the Call of Cthulhu rpg. One day, he did actually receive a letter addressed to him with the title "Master of Evil." The title stuck for quite some time. Now his nickname is simply "Evil".
He's also one of the best CoC GM's I've had. If I played with
I'd say they are both good GM's... but I'm not sure I've been in cynaguan's COC game/ campaigns yet...
